Evidence and proportionality
- Do not issue a cheating punishment based only on rumor, a single ambiguous screenshot, or an unverified claim.
- Keep evidence unedited and link it in the private staff evidence channel.
- Before wiping inventories, rolling back bases, freezing accounts, or blacklisting a player, verify that your role is authorized and escalate high-impact actions.
- For credible real-life threats or doxxing, preserve the evidence, limit circulation, and notify the Owner immediately.
- Document exceptions and the reason for any deviation from the matrix.
