6.10¶
For each scenario, think through the applicable rule, evidence needed, authorized action, logging requirements, and escalation path.
- A close friend is reported for cheating, and the evidence appears credible.
- A player insults you after receiving a punishment and demands that you unban them.
- You see another staff member using vanish to follow a rival's movements during a war.
- A player reports that a senior staff member threatened them after they opened a complaint.
- A clip is too short or edited to establish whether cheating occurred.
- You accidentally teleport to a player's base while using a command.
- A player asks you to spawn items because they claim another staff member promised them.
- A ticket includes personal information that is not necessary to investigate the issue.
- You are unsure whether a permanent ban is within your authority.
- A player respectfully appeals a punishment that you issued.
- A senior staff member tells you to delete evidence relating to a staff complaint.
- You discover that your staff account may have been accessed by someone else.
The expected approach is to stay calm, follow policy, preserve evidence, avoid conflicts of interest, and escalate when necessary. Do not take shortcuts to protect a friend or a staff member.
