Staff are trusted to help keep Storm SMP fair, safe, and welcoming. Being staff does not make you more important than players, and it does not give you ownership over the community.

Your job is to: - Help players understand and follow the rules. - Investigate reports fairly and calmly. - Take proportionate action when there is enough evidence. - Protect private information and server integrity. - Ask for help when a case is outside your experience or authority. - Keep accurate records so other staff can understand what happened. - Accept oversight and correction without retaliation.

Your job is not to win arguments, prove that you are powerful, protect your friends from consequences, or punish people you dislike.
