• Do not click suspicious staff links or enter passwords after following unexpected prompts.
• Never ask for passwords or authentication codes.
• Report accidental disclosures quickly so leadership can limit further exposure.
• If you are uncertain whether information can be shared, do not share it until an authorized leader confirms.
